LAVINIA BIANCALANI

Lavinia Biancalani is the founder and Creative & Strategic Director of Thestylepusher, which she started in 2013 as an editorial project, and co-founder of Waveforms Network. She sets the direction of each project and connects strategy, image and culture for fashion and beauty brands and for artists. She teaches audiovisual production and event management in fashion and music, and speaks as a guest at fashion, music and communication schools.

Born in Prato, a historic textile manufacturing district, she trained in Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni in Milan, followed by an Executive Master in Sustainability & Business Innovation at Bologna Business School and a Master in Music Business & Artist Management at NAM Milano. Alongside her own ventures, she advises brands and founders in the creative industries on positioning, strategy and organisational growth.
